A technical error has recently prevented us from setting up the Non Stop Music.
Non Stop Music is our service that kicks in when no one is live, meaning we always have music running. This is handy for when no one is scheduled to be live or a presenter misses his show e.g. technical reasons.
The problem is the next presenter to go live needs to kick the auto - the system has had an error preventing this method from working but it should be fixed by tonight.
