My laptop screen has bits on it, and I don't really want to ruin the screen lol. How can I clean it? Any suggestions?

I'm unlucky enough to have suffered dead pixels before..

My old laptop, HP Pavilion ZD8000 (A.K.A The OVEN! - any one who's owned one will know why!), suffered from a few dead pixels in the top left of the screen. They started grouping together after a short while too, and turned into little black splodges.

If the link posted above doesn't help with the dead pixel problem, just head onto ebay and pick up a new screen. They're usually pretty cheap and rather easy to fit.

Cheers,

Davey

Thanks guys. I don't think I'll buy a new screen it's not worth it considering it's only a small mark... Also Pete, that software didn't work but thanks anyway.
