Put a link to the MS word document perhaps as there is a button for 'click here to see schedule.' Although I guess this needs updating as half the people haven't turned up... which is lame. PDF would be better but meh....just an idea.


Oh and Peter, can you change the DJ 'now listening to...' thing. As my names spelt Benns, and not Bens. Possibly make it Ollie instead of Oliver too ;]

It's a special system - the system that will work with the desktop panel so I can't do it myself. Dave said he's going to update everything soon.

The idea is that the schedule is linked to the desktop panel. Let's say 8pm till 9pm your supposed to be on - if you don't connect on time, the auto system connects. It will class you as late and won't let you connect again. If someone else tries to connect at 8pm it will check their username against the schedule and unless they have been put down for cover wont let them connect. That way we will have a 24/7 schedule with auto system up when no one is around with the ability to kick the auto system without admin access.
